Our trained pattern designers and textile technicians continuously optimize existing patterns and adapt measurement charts to new developments. For individual measurement tables, cuts are developed in close cooperation with customers and the production department.
The production-related implementation of new laws and modified standards is initiated by us and closely monitored until the standards are fulfilled.
In Collaboration with the design and procurement departments, our technical department reviews the feasibility and suitability of new materials.
Compliance with defined quality standards takes place at various levels. We ensure that the product meets the physical and chemical requirements.
In Bangladesh, we have a staffed team that undertakes quality control both in our own factory and in partner productions. In addition, we use external service providers such as SGS for quality assurance of ongoing productions.
We regularly have quality tests carried out by renowned testing institutes such as Bureau Veritas and Hohenstein. These check-ups are conducted according to a special scheme of planned and random inspections.
Our Key Account Management Team represents our customer’s interests throughout the entire process, starting with order placement, through sample confirmation and production, to shipment and delivery.

Since the company was founded, we have relied on in-house logistics which has been continuously expanded as the volume of business has grown. Today, our high-bay warehouse measures over 2,000 sqm. The 1,200 pallet spaces enable the handling of large volume orders.
We are independent of external service providers and can act flexibly for our customers.
Through our baby and toddler “Never out of Stock” programs, we ship more than 4 million pieces annually. In total, more than 10 million pieces pass through our warehouse each year.
