Design

Convincing design is a top priority. The right choice of colors, prints, fabric compositions and styles is the base for the desirability of a product at the point of sale. This is especially true when price point issues regulate the use of materials and processing steps.

Our experienced textile designers, graphic designers and packaging designers develop commercial designs.

We pride ourselves on always being able to adapt to individual conditions and achieve convincing results – even under extreme time pressure.

Procurement

Retailers are continuously confronted with a wide variety of challenges: anticipated fashion trends must be implemented promptly, new materials must be integrated, planned production quantities and delivery schedules must be achieved and quality standards must be met. We maintain long-standing relationships with a broad network of production facilities in Bangladesh, China, Pakistan, India and Turkey. This enables us to offer a very wide range of products and to fulfill a wide variety of requirements. Our own factory in Bangladesh and our supra-regional local sourcing office ensures a permanent exchange of information on site and offer us considerable time and coordination advantages.

Product development

The fit of a product is essential for long-term customer loyalty. That applies to women’s outerwear, men’s outerwear as well as to childrenswear.

Our trained pattern designers and textile technicians continuously optimize existing patterns and adapt measurement charts to new developments. For individual measurement tables, cuts are developed in close cooperation with customers and the production department.

The production-related implementation of new laws and modified standards is initiated by us and closely monitored until the standards are fulfilled.

In Collaboration with the design and procurement departments, our technical department reviews the feasibility and suitability of new materials.

Quality assurance

Compliance with defined quality standards takes place at various levels. We ensure that the product meets the physical and chemical requirements.

In Bangladesh, we have a staffed team that undertakes quality control both in our own factory and in partner productions. In addition, we use external service providers such as SGS for quality assurance of ongoing productions.

We regularly have quality tests carried out by renowned testing institutes such as Bureau Veritas and Hohenstein. These check-ups are conducted according to a special scheme of planned and random inspections.

Key Account Management

Our Key Account Management Team represents our customer’s interests throughout the entire process, starting with order placement, through sample confirmation and production, to shipment and delivery.
A close cooperation and a high level of identification with our customers is key to success. Our team consists of knowledgeable specialists who, depending on the customer’s wishes, provide full support throughout the process or support the customer selectively.

Our main goal is to always save our customer’s resources, generate efficiency gains and continuously improve products.

Logistics

Since the company was founded, we have relied on in-house logistics which has been continuously expanded as the volume of business has grown. Today, our high-bay warehouse measures over 2,000 sqm. The 1,200 pallet spaces enable the handling of large volume orders.

We are independent of external service providers and can act flexibly for our customers.

Through our baby and toddler “Never out of Stock” programs, we ship more than 4 million pieces annually. In total, more than 10 million pieces pass through our warehouse each year.
